cause I talk to this girl I like and I told my friend to watch our conversation and he said that either she is interested or not interested and feels bad for me
What does this mean?

Maybe she does like you, but sees your futile attempt to start a conversation. He needs to watch a lot more conversations though. Just make sure she doesn't see that she's being watched otherwise she'll have a little trouble trusting you. From what you've said in your other questions though she does seem interested. It means you better keep trying and trying to make better conversations.
