我尋日系fitboxx見到跑步機同單車機..
分別係E-Walker既活氧跑步機
同埋 X-Bike 摺合健身單車
我想問下 邊個減肥會好d,快d呢?
我聽人講好似跑步快d,,但係又好似好易會腳粗
單車又怕佢冇效果
同埋做咁多會唔會變矮??

我諗你d骨骼未到退化既情度,個人都唔會變矮
最多唔識高...
一般黎講跑步主要練肺功能,單車練體格同腰,腿肌肉
如果真係要減肥最好就係游水或者跳舞
效果會比跑步同單車好好多
但如果真係要揀既話應該係跑步好d
消耗量比較大
跑步機最好,不會腳粗,唔會變矮,我推介你用E-Walker既活氧跑步機
Treadmill and bike are good cardio exercise equipments, but the models you are mention are ok for the starter, not very durable or good investment for long term use.

In general, they are pretty close, it's all come down to the intensity and how mong you spend on the machine. Many trainers will suggest the treadmill.

Stationary bike is another option for cardio exercise, if you see those in the gym, that's mean they are effective equipments, otherwise how would a gym buying a equipment that customers will compliant about.

Not test result confirm that cardio exercise make you shorter, weight training in early teen may cause that.
