想問下以下兩句有咩分別?!! 係咪兩句都岩?!!
1) She does want to drink apple juice. (does want)
2) She wants to drink apple juice. (wants)

對，兩句都正確，但在希望喝蘋果汁的程度上就有差異。
1) She does want to drink SOME apple juice. (does want) <--- Correct!
She does want <------- DOES <--- 是用來加強表達想喝蘋果汁的程度
2) She wants to drink SOME apple juice. (wants) <--- Correct!
He, she, it, verb+S = wants <--- in simple present tense
Note: "apple juice" is uncountable﹙不可數的﹚. 外國人會加上個 "SOME" 字.

另想問下...在過去兩天期間....during in last two days 咁寫又岩吾岩呢?!!
正確寫法應該是﹕During the past two days = 在過去兩天期間

1. She does want to drink apple juice.

does - is an auxiliary verb, to emphasize that the verb(want) is positive - she really wants to drink apple juice.

2. She wants to drink apple juice.
She simply wants to drink apple juice.
