these photos are given for you. 沒錯, But;If you meant: I gave these photos to someone for you (or on your behalf).
Than it should be: these photos were given for you.
However, this is an incomplete sentence in English. You should say:
These were the photos I gave Mary as instructed by you.
= 我跟據你指示把照片給了Mary.
