Can't install World of the Warcraft?

It install until 98% and it come up with an error said something like this ur C:/program file/world of the warcraft.temp can't renamed to something i forgot what it is but yea it show up something like this wat can i do??? i had try to reboot my computer, and close all the antivirus program, and the disk is brand new...Im using Window xp pro. sp2

Are you an administrator? If you arn't, i'd install it as one.
Also check that your user has full permissions over 'program files' (right click on it, go to properties and click the security tab and check there) also make sure the folder World of Warcraft isn't read only (again, right click the folder, go to properties and see if it's checked off)
Worst comes to worst, Blizzard can be contacted and they'll help you out.
