The atmosphere absorbs ,reflect and scatter insolation.Now that the atmosphere above the South Pole has a big hole,which means that more insolation will pass through it?Then,is it the place which absorbs the most insolation as other places is fully covered by atmosphere?

The atomosphere do not have a hole above the South Pole. The hole above South Pole is ozone hole, which means the concentration of ozone at the ozone layer is substantially lower than other part of the layer, but this ozone hole is still full of air.
