Yes. As long as you enjoy the course.
Absolutely. It doesn't even matter what job you are eventually shooting for. An applicant with a degree will almost always get hired over someone without a degree, unless that under-educated person has years of experience in the field.
In the case of jobs where degrees aren't a requirement, having one (in any discipline) shows the recruiters that you have discipline and must be reasonably intelligent.
Very much so. Even apart from the supposed main purpose, to learn about the various subjects, you will encounter people of diverse backgrounds and learn things and make connections that you never would have otherwise. Besides, it is the funnest time you will have in your life.

Yes...going to college helps you figure out what you are really interested in and gives you more opportunities to use the skills that you have :). Plus, if you are someone who really wants to make money, you can make much more with a college degree.
That depends on a number of factors. First, do you wish to attend university? If you just wish to learn something, you can do that on the internet.
When you were in high school, if you felt like it was a prison and you would rather be outdoors in the fresh air, then I would seriously question whether university is for you.
I know several humans who have attended university and then got good paying jobs that they hate but they stay with them for the money. They are not happy.
On the other hand, I know more folks who had a good time at university, obtained a degree, and enjoy their work.
I also know folks who never went to uni; some are happy, others are miserable. It's like with money. If you're happy now, you are going to be happy during and after uni. If you're miserable now, you'll always be miserable unless you make changes in your life.
I quit university after one semester. I work 20 hours a week and have my own business. I take a day off whenever I want. I can get away from people and go camping whenever I wish to. My job is not prestigious, but I am not interested in a showy, look-what-I-got lifestyle. I value myself for myself and not for what I do or have.
So the answer is, only you know for sure. Try it. If you don't like it, you can always quit.
In the present economy, it looks like it would be hard to find a job, university degree or not.
If you love learning AND enjoy being around other people, I would recommend uni.
