dehydrating agent係可以係molecule入面抽左D水...使molecule破壞....但係佢係點抽走D水....有D咩REACTION帶走D 水?

The dehydrating agent is concentrated H2SO4 which can extract 2 hydrogen & 1 oxygen from the molecule to form water, e.g. take carbonhydrate( C6H12O6 ) sulfuric acid can extract 6 molecules of water and what leave behind is only carbon.
