芝士茄汁蘑菇焗螺絲粉







Baked Fusilli Pasta with mushrooms and tomato paste材料及份量 Ingredients and Amount :
蘑菇200 克 button mushrooms 200g
青瓜一條 cucumber 1pc
蕃茄2個 tomatoes 2pcs
蕃茄醬﹝意粉專用﹞40 克 tomatoe pasta sauce 40g
車打芝士適量 cheddar cheese
製法 Cooking Steps :
1.將青瓜及蘑菇切片,放入鑊中煎至半熟,待用;將蕃茄切粒
1.Slice cucumber and mushrooms, and slightly saute them in pan. dice tomatoes
2.螺絲粉烚熟,起撈;並以青瓜、磨菇及蕃茄粒鋪於螺絲粉表面
2.cook pasta according to directions on packet. Remove from water. Place in heat-proof container and place tomatoes,cucumber and mushrooms on top of pasta.

3.加入蕃茄醬,並灑上車打芝士,份量隨意,放入預熱180度的焗爐內焗8分鐘即成
3.Spread tomato paste on top, and sprinkle cheese evenly. Bake in preheated 180C oven for 8 mins

白汁蘑菇意粉 Pasta with mushroom cream sauce

材料及份量 Ingredients and Amount :

意粉250g pasta 250g

忌廉雞湯或磨菇湯1罐 cream of mushroom or cream of chicken 1 can

磨菇1盒 button mushrooms 1 box

洋蔥(切絲) 1個 onion (shredded) 1 pc

火腿(切絲) 數片 ham(shredded) several slices

調味料 Seasoning:

鹽、胡椒粉適量 salt and pepper to taste

製法 Cooking Steps:

1.先燒滾水,煮意粉。

1.Boil water and cook pasta

2.另一邊箱把淨蔥絲、火腿絲及磨菇炒香,加入忌廉湯,調味及少許水份(或雞湯)煮成汁。

2.heat oil in pan, stir fry onions, ham and button mushrooms. Stir in cream soup, and add extra water or stock if needed.

3.撈起煮好的意粉,淋上白汁即成。

3.Drain cooked spaghetti and pour sauce over pasta and serve.

香蒜肉絲意粉
 
材料 :

火腿3片

豬梅頭肉元

雜豆走粟米

蒜茸3/4湯匙
雞粉1茶匙

蒜粉適量
(可多加)

牛油1湯匙
 
醃料:

生抽、糖、黑椒粉少許、粟粉適量

 

做法:
1. 火腿及豬肉切絲;
2. 豬肉醃好備用;
3. 意粉用油鹽水烚熟,過冷河,備用;
4. 用牛油炒熟豬肉、火腿、雜豆,下意粉同炒,以蒜茸、雞粉及蒜粉調味即成。

蠍蠍食譜:芝士周打海鮮焗意粉
 
材料:
周打海鮮湯一罐
螺肉約十五粒
意粉隨意
薑片、蔥段少許
香草少許
芝士1至2片(撕成一塊)
做法:
1. 螺肉洗淨飛薑蔥水以去除雪味;
2. 焗爐預熱180度;
3. 油鹽水烚熟意粉,過冷河,並倒入一可入焗爐之容器備用;
4. 把罐頭湯倒於煲中逐漸加入半罐水,並與螺肉同煮;
5. 把(3)倒入(2)中,芝士塊鋪面,灑上香草,入爐焗至表面金黃即可。

西班牙海鮮炒意粉食譜

材 料 : 6 隻帶子

6 隻鮮蝦

6 隻青口

6 件魚柳

2 件蟹肉

2 碗白飯

1/4 杯粟米

1 湯匙牛油

1/3 杯紅椒粒

1/3 杯青椒粒

1/2 杯番茄粒

1/2 杯洋荵粒

800g 意粉



調味料 : 鹽及胡椒粉各少許



做 法 : (1) 先將海鮮洗淨抹乾,加入調味料拌勻。

(2) 將海鮮飛水撈起後瀝乾水份。

(3) 燒熱一湯匙牛油爆香洋荵、番茄粒、粟米、海鮮及青紅椒炒透,加下意粉和調味料炒片刻,即可供食。
