"how can i survive without this bathroom"

are you sure you can't survive without this "particular" bathroom?I doubt that...hahaha....

Well......it sounds OK.....and it is grammatically correct ....but I think it is much better to say it in this way----->

" How can I survive without going to the bathroom?"
