從來都沒有法例指明網上打粗口係犯法，你老師這樣說是希望學生明白講粗口是不應該的行為，而講粗口亦會影響人對一個人及學樣的型像。話雖如此，這並不是代表你應該在網上講粗口，你學校可能有校規不准你這麼做，因而令你被記過。

No. It is not illegal to speak or to post foul language.
It is because we have the right of freedom of speech laid down in the Basic Law. Art 27.
