Water came out of my nose?

Ummm
Well you know the little holes in lower eyelid, near the inner corner of your eyes?
Thats where all the tears drain away when your eyes water.
And they go down the nose (which is why your nose runs when you cry)
Maybe it has something to do with that?

The water that came out was saline, just like your tears. When secretory glands release saline without goblet cells mixing in mucous, then the result is just water. The consistency of this will change depending what your body is responding to. If you were exposed to acid chlorides, then your body will release primarily saline. If exposed to allergens that you are allergic to, then there will be more mucous.

Either you just drank water and it went down the wrong tube and it was being expelled through your nose, you have sinus issues, or you could have your brain leaking.
