Good buyer is a better description of a respectedful buyer.
Nice buyer is a comparing form of a buyer, or
between 2 buyers.
eg. a nicer buyer.

They are the same - no need to compare. Just another way of saying it.

When we say something is good - normal

When we say something is nice - it is good and beautiful or delicate.
