Nowadays, keeping fit becomes more and more common. Many girls think that themselves are too fat or not thin, so they want to keep fit. They think that thin is beautiful, so they try many ways to keep fit. For example, they only eat one meal in a day, only eat many apples, or even don't eat anything in one day. But in fact, we can do a lot of things to keep fit.
such as, we shouldn't eat any sweet snack between two meals, do more exercises, list a correct time table to remind yourself to do exercise or do something that will make you sweat.
Besides, we should eat a lot of vegetables to keep ourselves have fiber, eat less meat and fat from animals. If we keep to eat healthy, we can keep fit by a healthy way!

3) talk about the pyramid i.e lots of veg and little oil. define what does 'fit' means. what kind of diet may be needed.
