In the experiment, the reaction time is recorded.
If the reaction temperature is too high, the reaction rate will be very fast and the reaction time will be very short (say, around 1 second). It is very difficult to measure such a very short reaction time by using stop watch. Besides, if such a short reaction time is taken, the percentage error will be very great.
