The government

The government should be responsible for the tragedies of the people inTin Shui Wai because we live in a socialistic society where the government should be responsible for every aspect of our lives. If stricter codes were legislated and enforced, tragedies like those in Tin Shui Wai can easily be prevented. If more government funding were allocated to promoting safety standards in the Tin Shui Wai area, the tragedies could've been prevented. Time and time again, we see that there is a dire need to overhaul our government infrastructure and their priorities. Public safety should be at the top of their agenda.
