20分.煩惱讀ive的酒店管理定時裝設計.過來人請分享指教

我會考有17分..全科合格...但就決定了不讀中六..因為我很討厭那些沉悶課程和上堂模式....以我這種討厭程度根本別指望靠alevel能有有作為的!!

我已認定了會讀ive的..現在就是頭痛究竟讀酒店管理定時裝設計(兩者都是高級文憑)...其實兩樣我都很感興趣的...

但若果讀酒店的話...我又很擔心讀完出來只是做一些類似侍應的工作..這個憂慮是因為聽人講用三年時間加8萬多元的學費讀出來的回報就是一份侍應似的工作....其實事實是否如此呢??

另一方面我又怕讀時裝設在香港的出路很窄..試問香港是否真的容納到這麼多設計師呢...這個就是我煩惱的問題...

中六的學位我一早就已放棄了....我知道ive是我唯一的出路
其實我選科的大前題就是要實用而且出路好..
有沒有曾經或現在正就讀這些科目的師兄姐可以給予一些中肯的意見...請分享一下吧...

I am not sure whether you are qualified to apply 'pre-asso', but i heard
pre-asso is easier to transfer to a undergrad degree.

I don't think hotel-man would end up being just a waiter, but definitely
need to work from the bottom to the top in the hotel, such as you are very
likely to be the doorman/reception for a while before you are promoted
to management level.

I personally think HK has a really narrow future in fashion design field.
Unless you are interested in the marketing more than really designing.
If you choose to be a fashion designer in hk, it is very likely you will
work as a freelancer to costumizes clothes to your customers. It will
be very busy and sometimes means designing things that your clients
want, not necessarily what you want, according to one of my fashion
design freelancer friend. but the payment is not bad tho if you work hard.

So i would say, for a more stable and promising career, hotel-man may
be better. don't even dream of having your own clothing store/line/
company in hk, but if being a fashion design freelancer, which you can
say is like a tailor, is fine for you, then doing fashion design is ok.
