right除了可作形容詞、名詞用外，它還可作為動詞，其意有：糾正，將某事某物扶正的意思如，牛津第六版就有一例：
They learnt to right a capsized canoe.（他們學會了將傾覆的獨木舟翻過來）
所以”rights its ship"就是將它的船扶正，當然ship並不是真正的船，而是另有所指，那則要看全文了。
