I guess that you mean 1) atmosphere (氣份) not 2) air (空氣)
There will be a wonderful atmosphere.
You will feel the wonderful atmosphere in the party.
If you are talking about air.
We normally say - the air is fresh & clean there or the air smells good and fresh.
