Total Cost =
3.60 + 7.5/7.5/12 + 128/12 + 68/1000*21.8 + 3.60 * 2 / 100
=3.6+0.625 + 10.667 + 1.4824 + 0.072
= 16.4464
CIF Price = cost + cost * 10%
=total cost * (100+10)/100
=18.09 or 18.10
