When the milk and citric acid in lemon juice (or any kind of acid) are mixed together, the milk separates into a liquid and a solid made of fat, minerals, and a protein called casein (KAY-seen). Casein is made up of very long molecules.
So mixing the milk with any of the acid you listed will cause the "white" proteins/mineral/fat mixture to precipitate.
This generally would not cause an upset to your stomach nor indigestions (消化不良). In fact, nearly all elementary and middle schools in the U.S. serve both orange juice and milk to all students for breakfast. But if someone is not used to digesting the precipitated protein, indigestion may occur.
