who is smarter,spider-man or batman?

Just general? Who do you think would have the better IQ?

I would have to say Batman. Why? Because although Peter Parker is a scientific genius, he sometimes tends to lack a bit of common sense. Whereas Batman is all about common sense. Although, Bruce Wayne himself is an absolute genius and has studied and mastered many things.
Bruce Wayne's knowledge overpowers Peter Parker's brilliance.
It's just a fact. Read the comics, you'll understand.

spider-man is more book smart and batman is street smart. spider-man would win in a fight though.
