Just general? Who do you think would have the better IQ?I would have to say Batman. Why? Because although Peter Parker is a scientific genius, he sometimes tends to lack a bit of common sense. Whereas Batman is all about common sense. Although, Bruce Wayne himself is an absolute genius and has studied and mastered many things.
Bruce Wayne's knowledge overpowers Peter Parker's brilliance.
It's just a fact. Read the comics, you'll understand.

In math and science spiderman has more raw intelligence. Batman is smart in his field. Remember, Peter Parker is a near genius and would have been a brillant scientist if not for that radioactive spider.
