should i do baseball or track?

registration is tomorrow. im a freshman and will probably be on jv in either. half my friends want me to do one and half want me to do the other. help

Lil J, believe me, i would LOVE to do both, but it's my highschool team and they only let you do one sport per season, and practices are at the exact same time, so its not like i could pretend to be a twin.

I'm a runner, but I would say do baseball if it's something you love to do and are good at. If you do register for baseball, I STRONGLY encourage you to do some running on the side. It is extremely beneficial for any sport!

Well coming from a guy who grew up playing baseball and ran track in high school, I would probably play baseball. Here's why. You will do running in baseball, just not like in track. And in track you sit around waiting for your event bored out of your mind. You could always run on your own time. And is there a Professional track league like baseball? If you are good enough, there's definitely a better future in baseball.

You can do both I had the same problem with my HS. You just have to be a jumper or thrower though. Sign up for both and go to each practices and see which you like better.

If you can do both then do both but if not then you should pick track because there are so many for spots to be filled in track more than baseball.

well i play baseball cuz i love it, i could never do track though, only cuz i HATE to run,

but i mean you never told us what ur preference is, do you like to run? or do u like to play ball
