Have you seen the movie? He saved New York by the abomination. He is also part of the Avengers. So to answer your question, yes he is a superhero. He is a Marvel Hero.Here are a list of superheroes

Technically, realistically, no. He's the manifestation of Bruce Banner's id, unleashed and out of control. He is rage incarnate. Sure, the same thing could be said of Wolverine, but at least with Wolvie, there's a guiding intellect--a mind behind the carnage. With the Hulk, however, all he knows is that he's ANGRY!
Do you have to select fictional superheroes? I'd recommend names like Superman, Wonder Woman, Spider-Man. Real-life superheroes are a better choice, though: Firefighters. Police officers. EMTs. These are the men and women who face potentially lethal danger each and every day, and they don't have a single superpower to their names.

Yeah I think so...he has a secret identity, he has superstrength/superpower and turns into the Hulk when he gets angry and has to beat up the bad guys.

He is considered a super hero. A lot of times he is an accidental super hero, but he is considered a super hero to lots of people. I hope I helped.

Yes he is. Why would marvel make a comic based on the hulk if he wasnt a superhero?(yeah i realise all comics arent for superheros) Although the hulk is somewhat uncontrollable, he has good intentions, and he has super powers, which makes him a superhero.

There have been times when the Hulk was a superhero (he was one of the founding members of the Avengers), but it's rare when he is in control enough of himself and his anger to be able to keep himself from going on rampages.
