start up a conversation. i made the mistake of having one of my buds tell this guy that i liked him 'cuz i thought that he liked me, but i guess he didn't. i wouldn't take a chance of telling this guy that you like him 'cuz you don't know how he'd react to it. i'd just casually walk up to him and start talking to him. if he likes you, it'll kind of strengthen the spark between you two, and if he doesn't, he might learn to really like you :D.

Tell him you like him and go from there.

Start a conversation with him in person and then talk to him online and get to know each other better.

Start conversation with friends.

um start a conversation, get to kno each other, ull know if he lyks u back, then u can either wait for him to ask u out, or just ask him out, gud luck, btw if u want more answer try the singles&dating category

i would keep it simple, just spark a conversation....and go from there
