我諗你呢個問題牽涉到bio喎..
我可以答你..用DCPIP solution可以分別到vitamins C 既高低..
原理係..vitamins C令到DCPIP solution既藍色變成透明..
照你題目要求..用英文完完整整咁答你啦:

As there is 3 samples, prepare 3 test tube and carry these samples separately.
Use a dropper to drop DCPIP solution in each test tube. Shake it gently.
Due to reaction, the colour of DCPIP solution decolourized.
We should measure the no. of drops of DCPIP solution added, in order to compare the vitamins C content in each sample.
The less no. of drops added, the higher vitamins C content exist.
Conversely, the more no. of drops added, the lower vitamins C content exist.


PS1. keep the volume of each juice the same, so as to achieve a fair test.

維他命C係會令DCPIP solution 既藍色褪色..
但係並唔會將果汁原本既顏色褪去..
呢個係好多人既common misconception..

所以當我地要量度幾多滴solution令到個sample褐色既時候..
係要計佢變番做原本既顏色..
如果你要令到佢完全變透明..係冇可能既事..
就好似提子汁本身有既紫色..
最多都只可以令到佢變左好令既淺紫(上堂見過)..
係observe結果既時候..呢樣野係1定要注1架..
