Do you agree with Morgan's point of view??
I was not as impressed with the project as most others. Mr. Spurlock made 2 major mistakes with his experiment. First, he changed 2 variables: sudden radical changes to his diet AND his activity level. The lack of exercise may have contributed more to his weight gain. Another problem is how extreme he was in consuming McDonald food three meals a day. Most, if not all, McDonald customers don't eat McDonald's food three times a day. This leads me to believe that his point of view is skewed.

Documentaries are good if the producer can remain objective to the contents she is reporting. They are useful in providing us with details, challenging our thoughts, and in most cases, changing our perceptions toward the topic of interest. But given that bias exists within our genes, it is quite difficult for the producers to separate their own bias from reality. Their beliefs may lead them into documenting only a portion of the truth. Therefore, I do like well-produced and unbiased documentaries.
what do you think of fast food after watching this documentrary?
The movie did little to change my perceptions toward fast food. In general, it is common knowledge that fast food is unhealthy for us. Yet, we have a strong affinity for fast food due to its enticing, and often addictive, aroma and taste. Like everything else in life, I believe that moderation is the key. It is okay to enjoy fast food as long as there is moderation in consumption. I certainly would not want to have fast food 3 times a day. A well-balanced diet would
