Who would win: Hatake Kakashi vs Ichimaru Gin?

Kakashi(besides the argument that he can't fight souls) for a few reasons. He is a strategist, a cache of jutsu that are short/mid/long range, and ninja hounds. Assuming its a fight with only Ichimaru's shikai shown so far(not the unrevealed bankai), Kakashi would only need to worry about the extension of the blade(dodge,clones,substitute jutsu), use his summoning jutsu to have his ninja dogs to immobilize or reduce Gin's agility, and use a long range jutsu that would hopefully be outside the range of Gin's shikai. Also, he could use a genjutsu to affect his mind or go in close for taijutsu to take control of Gin's arm that controls the sword such as in knife defense or a short range jutsu(chidori). His only concern would be trying to match Gin's speed with flash steps and countering kido with defensive jutsu.

As much as I hate to say it Ichimaru Gin is probably stronger but I don't want to say it so I'll say Kakashi would win!!

Okay, I am totally in love Kakashi Hatake and I would reeeaalllly want him to win but I just have a feeling Ichimaru would win. I don't know... Gin just seems freakishly powerful but I know Kakashi would give him a run for his money and put up an awesome fight =D

I love Kakashi but I fear that Ichimaru Gin will win, hands down.
