微波爐唔可以叮粥?
我岩岩用微波爐叮熱一碗粥,叮左唔係好耐(大約分幾鍾)之後打開微波爐既時候都未有事,當正伸手拎起碗粥既時候粥就突然爆開,隻手仲燙傷左小小
咁我想問係唔係唔可以用微波爐叮粥?
定係我個微波爐有問題?

Your problem lies on the fact that congee is generally of very high viscosity, the rice grains are sticky and they tends to adhere to one another when they are cold.
After heating the congee with microwave, steam is formed from the water in the congee. Because of the rice grains that stick to one anther, the steam so formed cannot escape out easily. As a result tiny bubbles containg hot steam are produced inside the congees between the rice grains.
When this situation is disturbed, e.g. when you lift out the bowl of congee from the microwave oven, the movement causes the steam bubbles to evolve from the congee suddenly. This is the reason why your have hurt your hand.
A safe way to heat up congee with microwave is to use intermitten heating. That is, heat up the congess for a short period of time (e.g. 30 seconds to 1 minute depending on the volume of your congee), then carefully stir it up using a spoon, then continue the heating for another short time period, stir it again, continue heating ..... and so on until the congee gets hot enough.
Such alternate stirring and heating allows the tiny steam bubbles formed in the congee to escape, thus avoiding the sudden spill of congee at the end of a long heating.
當然唔叮得啦~水唔得~飲品唔得~雞蛋都唔得~金屬唔得(最好唔好呀!!)你個微波爐一D問題都冇,但係你有問題喇......
