出街要帶袋先有安全感?

It is normal as you need your bag to hold your belongings - ie. a jacket in case the weather becomes cold suddenly or your games etc.

Once you get used to having a bag with you - like most people, you feel that you have forgotton something.

Don't suspect yourself. I do carry a handbag with me all the time too.
