可以常試聽新聞台中文，聽完中文台再聽英文台新聞，慢慢學聽一年，聽講英文會進步

我岩岩升中個陣時都係咁,

而家我讀緊中四, 好多野都因為前個幾年冇聽書,

跟唔到個進度, 而家想努力, 但又懶慣左,

英文我建議你可以睇多啲鍾意既英文電影/ 電視 / documentaries最好有字幕,

多d查字典 (我有d同學真係字典當消閒書睇)

睇多d英文書, 先由最 basic 個d開始,

i.e. Charlie and the chocolate factory;
Oliver Twist;
The Umerbella man and such

先由淺, 認左d 基本字先再慢慢讀一d難d既書,

英文講真, 話難唔難, 話易唔易, 睇下你有冇興趣學既姐!

English is not that difficult, it just depends on how you think of it.
