I want to make some animated shorts, anyone know of any free websites or downloadable programs to help me ?

windows movie maker has something like this. It comes with windows. My sons have been making animated films by photographing their lego and making it look like the lego people are walking - stop frame animation.

Poser and flash are decent, relatively low cost programs.
