This is a multiple choice question and the answers are:
{x | x > 2}
{x | x > 5}
{x | x > 7}
{x | x > 14}

4x - 12 - 2x + 2 > 0 <=> 2x -10 > 0 <=> 2x > 10 <=> x > 5

4x-12-2x+2 >0

2) Simplify
2x-10>0

3) Solve through algebra

a) Add 10 from both sides
2x>10

b) Divide both sides by 2
x>5

Answer: X| x>5
