一間有限公司可作二個營運用途嗎? 如果用公司項目來介定, 點分類呢?

例: 已經有間有限公司 (A Ltd), 之後用 xx 名稱營運生意, 再用 yy 名稱營運另一項目生意

Yes. You can simply go to register 2 branch Business Registration Certificates under the A Limited. A typical example is shown in
http://www.ird.gov.hk/chi/pdf/br_form1b_c.pdf
The BR will state as xx or yy with status as limited company and with a sub-No under the main A ltd BR No. e.g. Main BR NO.-001, -002. xx and yy are just the trading names of the limited company and without any separate legal entity. All transactions are recorded in A Ltd's books. You can maintain different books for xx and yy. But, the result will be combined to the A Limited.
