No other Departments. It is a matter of ethics and not be enforced by any department. If the act made by staff member of B disclosing something not appropriate or even a violation of company B's staff rules, that staff may be dismissed in a serious disciplinary action. If the information provided to A is a very strict protective information and may constitute a defamation or a theft of such information, that staff memebr of B maybe liable for claim made by his employer B, or even a criminal legal proceedings if this act is being regarded as a theft.
