sqr(delta) = 11

x1 = (-5 -11) / -24 = 16/24 = 2/3
x2 = (-5 + 11) / -24 =-6/24 = -1/4

-12 * (x + 1/4) * (x - 2/3) = (4x + 1) * (2 - 3x)

The quadratic formula is this:

x = [-b ± √(b² - 4ac)]/2a.

Just plug in the numbers from your equation:

a = -12. b = 5, and c = 2.

x = {-5 ± √[(5)² - 4(-12)(2)]}/ 2 (-12)
x = [-5 ± √(25 + 96)]/-24
x = (-5 ± √121)/-24
x = (-5 ± 11)/-24
x = (-5 + 11)/-24 = 6/-24 = -¼
or
x = (-5 - 11)/-24 = -16/-24 = 2/3

To verify they work, plug each x value into the original equation. I will leave that for you to do.

This equation is of form ax^2+bx+c
a = -12 b = 5 c = 2
x=[-b+/-sqrt(b^2-4ac)]/2a]
x=[-5 +/-sqrt(5^2-4(-12)(2)]/(2)(-12)
discriminant is b^2-4ac =121
x=[-5 +√(121)] / (2)(-12)
x=[-5 -√(121)] / (2)(-12)
x=[-5+11] / -24
x=[-5-11] / -24
-6/24=-1/4 solution 1
-16/-24=2/3 solution 2

-12x^2 + 5x + 2
= -12x^2 + 8x - 3x + 2
= (-12x^2 + 8x) - (3x - 2)
= -4x(3x - 2) - 1(3x - 2)
= (3x - 2)(-4x - 1)
= -(3x - 2)(4x + 1)

the quadratic formula is
-b plus or minus the square root of b squard minus (four times a times c)
all over two a
a=12 b=5 c=2
just plug in thoes number to the equation

(3x-2)(4x+1)

Therefore the answer is x= 2/3 or x=-1/4

the answer is really simple!!!!!!
just solve using the reciprocal of pi, and then square the negative number, after subtracting it from x!!!1
it is sooo simple!
