Its just an empty pore since you squeezed everything out of it. Make sure you wash it with a facial wash or rubbing alcohol then soak your face in cold water to help close it after.

Use an antiseptic or antibacterial soap to clean the hole; avoid touching your face afterwards because you will transfer germs from your hands to your face. The hole will close up and disappear in a day or two.

BTW, it IS okay to squeeze spots but try to slide them with your fingernail rather than squeeze because squeeaing causes more scarring.
It's a myth that you should leave zits alone, because there is often infection already under the skin so the best thing is to remove the spot and clean it out.

Try to keep your skin clean so more spots don't appear but don't over-clean either because too much soap will dry-out and irritate your skin.

Maybe a open pore.

Lol. No, it's not a scar. It's a black head. The hole it left is your pore which is still widened from the oil that was compacted in it. Just wash it with some water and just a DAB of alcohol if you have some (if not, no big deal) after you cleared it out.

Careful though. Some blemishes will scar if you mess with them too much. Like swollen zits where the oil is underNEATH the skin and they aren't white heads (where you can see the white), you leave those alone. Don't try to pop those or you could end up pushing the oil furthur down into your skin layers and it could get infected and al this nasty stuff.

its not a scar, its just an open pore now because you emptied it. dont worry. using toner to help minimise pores will make this go away. use it after you cleanse and before you moisturise. =]
