If that happens again, I'd suggest:

1. Play hardball, be really serious and certain, loud and clear, to warn him not to do it again or face the consequences.

2. You have to react, try to stop him and protect yourself.

3. If those 2 alternatives did not work well for you, report to your form teacher privately, and possibly your parents as well.
