我想問 kinetic energy 同 potential energy 有咩分別？

kinetic energy動能 KE = 1/2(m)(v)^2一個物體因為運動所擁有的能量
potential energy 勢/位能 PE = mgh
PE為重力勢能，m為物體質量，g為重力加速度常數(地心吸力)，h為物體的高度變化. 在地球上g的值約為9.8ms-2 or (10ms-2).
當物體升高, 他便得到位能, 當物體下降, 便失去位能.
