如果食到假雞蛋,在法律上應該如何追究

在香港如吃到假雞蛋，便向食環署舉報及向消委會投訴，而未吃的雞蛋，便向零售商或供應商退款。

Action in negligence.

If you have been injured and can prove there is actual damages to you then you may sue the manufacture for negligence. The manufacture is the egg production company.

Action in Contract
You can also sue the supermarket or seller for breach of contract. Since the egg is counterfeit.

If you have not been injured by the eggs, you can barely get the contract price of the eggs. I.e. the purchase money and no more.
You may also file a complain to the Consumer Council. The Consumer Council may initial a class action for all the customers who purchased the counterfeit eggs,
