i am 5 weeks pregnant now, is it safe to catch a 9 hours flight?

基本上頭三個月都未算穩定，你既九小時機程，雖然唔稱得上係長途，但亦都唔短。所以若果你真係有需要既話，就要非常小心，若果係可以延遲的話，最好過左三個月之後穩定左先啦~

it's ok. 5 wks is just 1mo + 1 wk. it's ok.
