成交是在田土廳，土地處看到，是真正的交易。

從中食價是違法的。會被檢控。

This is the real transaction price as stated in the Sales and Purchase ( S & P ) Agreement and recorded in the Land Registry.
However, there may have some S & P transactions in a very short period of time and buyers immediately sell the property in the capapcity of Confirmor to another buyer. They made a profit on the price differential. The first seller only executed the Assignment Deed to the last buyer without getting through all buyers in between.
