成立有限公司問題

有些人買樓時,會成立有限公司,然後透過該公司去持有物業,請問這樣的好處是甚麼?

The shareholders of the company can sell the property to buyer(s) simply by transferring all his shares to the new buyer(s). It is simpler to do and for not incurring legal cost on Sales and Purchase Agreement (S & P ) and the Assignment Deed (AD). It is the Instrument of Transfer and Bought and Sold Notes. Moreover, the stamp duty on these shares transfer documents is much lesser than the stamp duty on (S & P) and (AD). However, all these transactions must be built on mutual trust of the buyers and the shareholders of the company.
