i am learning physics now and i don't get the following question:

Do you think it would be appropriate to describe someone's motion using the ratio time/distance?
更新1:

how can i calculate the speed of 2.2s/5m ? 'I know how to do it if its 5m/2.2s . but i don't know how when its 2.2s/5m

It would be better to use time/displacement, i.e velocity instead of speed.
As they you know the direction as well as how far they traveled

Yes. because it will tell you how fast they are moving and at what distance they were at during a certain time. It perfectly says where they are and how fast.

no because motion u should all ready know this is the state in which your moving not how fast you are. DUH!
參考: i should know , i was on the uil science 1st place winner

People do that for fixed-distance race, such as Marathon or car race, where competitor performances are measured in time, such as xxx sec per lap.
