Why should I choose my job with prudence? That because job is not only spending the time in the actually working office. The career, in fact, has crucial impact on my personal development and daily life as a whole. Choosing the right career is critical to my long term like objective. So it should spare more time to think the process of job development. Almost every society embraces a large variety of careers .How to choose the right career and making the right decision? The first step knows me such as personality, interests, expectations etc. Through the difference test to discover myself deeply and find out the career inclination.
At the below I will take the three test -VARK to test the learning style, someone is good at read the map or flow chart, but other may be good at communication. It is important for life long learning and influence the career advancement path .Conduct the MBTI test to know my personality type. The different personality is fit for different various job .The MBTI test can let me know which type of work is suitable for me .The last test -Belbin is to assess the team role in group. To build up the teamwork is major issue in the workplace; because our job must complete the goal with other and get their help. The three tests can give me some significant information for develop my career management.
After the test, the results point out that my score is Visual -9, Aural -5, Read/Write-6, Kinesthetic-7 .According to this outcome I am a visual learning style person. The visual since that mean person like information to arrive in the form of graphs, charts, and flow diagrams.
