有澳門法學學士學位,可否在香港當律師

因為澳門唔係普通法制，你想直接立即在香港當律師一定無可能

你想在香港當律師有兩個方法：

1) 海外律師資格
如果你已經係澳門做律師做左5年，你要pass Overseas Lawyers Qualification Examination，內容關於普通法，先可以在香港當律師

如果你已經係澳門做左3年以上，5年以下律師，必須
1. 花一年學習 Contract, Tort, Property, Criminal, Equity, Constitutional law, Administrative Law 及
2. 完成香港法律專業文憑 (PCLL)
此方法極難，因為PCLL幾乎唔會收你，所以你一係係澳門做律師做左5年，否則建議你採用實習律師途徑

2)實習律師資格
1. 係香港 HKU、CityU或 CUHK 讀 Juris Doctor (JD)，為時2年
2. 完成香港法律專業文憑 (PCLL)，為時1年
3. 實習2年
--> 成為律師

香港行common law，澳門行 civil law，年頭唔答馬嘴，你應該知道 convert 過黎唔係易事
