Yes. I wouldn't be surprised if the headquarters building is already closed, since there's nothing left for much of the staff at the corporate office to do. No more new merchandise is being purchased, and control of the stores has been passed from Circuit City to various liquidation companies. Thus most corporate employees have likely already been laid off.
