Please refer to the above figure and then answer the following question. (The figure is not drawn on scale)
In the figure, A, B and C are the tops of the tower, the tree and the pole respectively. The distance between the pole and the tree is 6m. The distance between the tree and the tower is 14m. Also, the heights of the pole and the tower are 2m and 10m respectively. If ABC is a straight line, find the height of the tree.
