Polish and Turish are adjectives 形容詞 (adj). They are used to describe something that is related to Poland or Turkey. When referring to people, the correct words are Pole and Turk.

For some countries, the adjectives can be used to describe their people as well. For example, Japanese food (adj), Janpanese (國家既人); Chinese tradition(adj) , Chinese (國家既人).
