想要求對方更改支票抬頭的信要怎寫

最近上司收到政府開出的一張cheque，抬頭是他本人的名字。
可是他本人在香港沒銀行戶口，因此需要寫信要求將抬頭改為公司名。
請問這種英文信要怎麼寫呢？

I think the government had issued a cheque to a person who is the proper one to be named in the cheque.

"I write to inform you that I had received your cheque issued to the order of me, being a " Nature of the Refund ". As I have no bank account opened in my own name in Hong Kong, I therefore, shall be grateful if you could re-issue a cheque to my company " XYZ Company" instead. I now return the cheque for your cancellation. Thank you for your kind attention.
